Would you though? Can you point out the posts criticizing the Wyatt Sicks house because the IP is owned/managed by two people closely aligned with the Trump administration? How about Fallout posts acknowledging Jeff Bezos ideologically purged the editorial board of the Washington Post? Or mention of the director's politics or threats to fire his main star over his support for Palestine in the Terrifier thread? (ok, there might have been one or two of those, before the event started, but nothing since the house proved to be a hit).
This is a personal obsession with JKR. And if the usual suspects weren't wrapped up in it, they'd admit that it's strange how the online stalking is primarily directed against a lone woman.
This is intentionally a pretty big simplification and just straight up obtuse.
As someone who adores wrestling but no longer watches WWE due to their politics, sexual abuse cases, and so on, I think the Wyatt Sicks house lands in a weird place. WWE is obviously involved, but Bray Wyatt/Windham Rotunda was a real life human being who tragically passed and was uninvolved in any of these problematic instances, and the house is essentially both a tribute to him and the fulfillment of a long-time dream of the man before he passed. I'm personally not interested in taking my disgust & hatred towards the company out on a dead man.
As a certified hater of the Terrifier movies, Damien Leone made an incredibly tone deaf and braindead statement about politics mixing with art which threw some cast members under the bus, but I don't believe there were ever any threats of firing David. Additionally, over the past like three years of HHN/Terrifier spec, people have been discussing the problematic politics of bringing the property to HHN ad nauseam. It was by no means ignored. The misogyny of the films, mixed with Damien's stupid comments, is literally why I avoided the movies until HHN dragged me kicking and screaming to suffer through them.
People can hate bigots. It's really not that complicated and the whataboutism is silly. It's also not stalking to call out a celebrity for being a piece of trash that spends their entire life pushing to strip human beings of rights. The remaking of a fairly fresh franchise is quite literally intertwined with her actions. It's going to come up and be discussed.
However, to answer your question, yeah, I can point out posts. Terrifier posts & convo about that exact incident can be found
here. As mentioned by
@rageofthegods, discussion about Alice Cooper/Terrifier/etc can also be found
here. Discussion about the concerning nature of working with WWE can be found in places such as
here. Hope this helps!
