I honestly won’t expect any announcements until after Spooky Empire, and that’s at the earliest.

I’d anticipate a house announcement at Spooky Empire. Maybe not an IP, but I’ll be anticipating an original.

Going off the 2024 and 2025 panel date announcements, if there's nothing confirmed this weekend, there might not be one this year.

I'd give it this weekend, and if still nothing, there might not be anything from Spooky.

Huh, I was under the presumption they had a panel as usual, but now that you mention it, it doesn't seem like there's one so far. If that's the case, just goes to show every year can be different when it comes to announcements.

It's always been different. Sometimes you get an announcement as soon as the event ends, sometimes you have to wait til June.

It's always been different. Sometimes you get an announcement as soon as the event ends, sometimes you have to wait til June.

FWIW, we also already got a con announcement this year through Megacon. And that’s much larger scale than Spooky (no shade meant for Spooky).

I didn't think they would have a big presence at Spooky since SeaWorld Orlando is the main sponsor of Spooky, and UDX has not had any sort of advertising presence with the event. It's even being held at a SeaWorld hotel... I expect SeaWorld to make some announcements at spooky.

But isn’t Seaworld always a main sponsor of Spooky? And always held at a Seaworld hotel? I’m not saying this to say they would be a HHN announcement at Spooky. That was already done at Mega. I’m just asking about Spooky here.

That is true, but I doubt this year we will get a house announcement at Spooky. Or if they will even be there. As we got them and an announcement at Mega.

My post was more about just asking about spooky and not HHN. I know this is a HHN thread but at we were talking about Spooky, I asked.
