Random thought I had - I wonder if the Resident Evil/Evil Dead Burn mixup came not from a "post apocalyptic" setting, but from a facade for the house possibly?

Images are out there of the house from Evil Dead Burn, and I could see someone possibly mistaking it as Spencer Mansion or Rhodes Hill Chronic Care Center.

Boy that is a nice thought. Unfortunately I think it is EDB for the reason that they’re already (Or allegedly) working with WB for Sinners, so why not nab another easy IP while they “have them”?

I will say it is odd that after the success of FNAF, I’m really surprised they’re not doing another video game IP this year.

That is a possibility.

You'll notice they moved it from a sprung tent to a sound stage...interesting that the makeup icon is now labled as "zyborgs".

And yet they were the ones that spun the whole "Hellraiser IP was dropped for Texas Chainsaw Massacre" rumors.

Now they're backtracking and have Hellraiser back. The Originals changes (makeup icon becoming Zyborgs) is intriguing though.

I can understand where Zyborgs is coming from… but I don’t anticipate an Invasion house AND a Zyborg house. Those would be too narratively similar.

If we were really getting another house from Slaughter Sinema 2 (which, I have no insider knowledge at all, but color me a bit skeptical), my first choice by far would be Blood and Chum if it was feasible, and in lieu of that, Mardi Gras Murders could be a fun way to sort of have Terrifier back without having Terrifier back, with the killer clown. I agree with Legacy 100% that it wouldn't make a lot of sense for an Invasion house and a Zyborgs house to both come, especially side by side.
