My guess, if SE proves to be a "premium" upgrade, is that most weekdays at least you'll be able to marathon the houses two or three times each prior to opening. Daylight makes that less than ideal, and hope the queues are shaded, but crowds should be minimal.
Assuming the popular houses are SE exclusives, we'll likely see lines in the walkway outside whatever the restricted zone is starting at 3 pm. Largely defeats last year's improvements (which weren't necessarily ideal but were better than before). Again, assuming SE is exclusive.
Ultimately this will greatly affect how the event operates, at least at opening. We just won't know how until we get more details on SE.
