Hellraiser
Ozzy Osbourne (although we haven't heard about it in a while, and it wasn't on the spec map)
IT
Resident Evil

And ST5 + Sinners were on the HNN map, but Legacy has said he hasn't heard ST5, and on Bluesky has stated that while he has heard Sinners, he's heard more about an original that overlaps aesthetically with it.

I understand that what I’m about to say is spec on top of spec, but if they’re going to go for It, why not try to nab Sinners as well since they’re under the same umbrella? Maybe they pitched it to Cooglar and he doesn’t want to work with them? I mean the event already *kinda* did Sinners several years ago with Darkest Deal. Heck I wonder if that’s how Ryan got the idea for the movie lol

Hmmmm…I think you’re cooking here. Maybe this is where the wires are getting crossed, so to speak, with spec.

What if Ozzy will be a shared IP, but not in the way we think? What if Hollywood opts to do a straight-up Ozzy house and Orlando decides to use their own concept with Heavy Metal Hell but using Ozzy’s music?

If there’s any validity to the claim that music IPs aren’t received as well in Orlando (case-in-point Weeknd not being shared two years ago), then I think this is the approach Orlando would go for.

I know people are comparing Sinners to The Darkest Deal - but apart from the setting and the incorporation of music I think they could be pretty different.

(I want to see how they'd do the Rocky Road to Dublin sequence so badly)

I would consider Sinners more likely if for no other reason then Murdy would probably flip for this exact sequence. Like I believe that man would fight to bring Sinners in for that scene alone.

A bunch of mannequins on a set of turntables with scareactors lunging from gaps between the turntables. The guests path would probably curl around with Remmick inside the curve and the turntables on the outside.

It would likely be how Orlando’s “Nevermore” house did “Mask of the Red Death” in 2011. That was “dancing” scene as well.

EDIT - Or cheaper and easier option: a screen.
