I just looked up the ICON scare zone location, apparently it’s located in the Hollywood section as opposed to Minions according to the wiki page, however Universal hasn’t given any more specific details regarding what’s in the zone except for the brief description, so this is making me think it’s the minions zone. Did I miss something?

The wiki can often be wrong. Some contributors have a tendency to fill in information before we get confirmation. While Universal hasn't explicitly stated where it is, it seems to be the entry/Minions scarezone based on what has been said.

Simple, whoever update the HHN wiki is wrong.

Mike Aiello posted that this zone is your definitive entrance into the Infernal Carnival of Nightmares, just like last year was the entrance into the conservatory. And just like with last year's zone, there's teases for what's inside the event. That all points to it being the entry zone, and not Hollywood.

To add to this, I think some folks were thinking it was in Hollywood because of the lone setpiece that has been set up in it. Yes, that sign fits the carnival theme quite well, but that's the point.

Last year, multiple zones had various textures and motifs which carried the conservatory theme. Both Masquerade and Cat Lady of Crooked Lane had stained glass elements, so the rumored clown zone having setpieces which fit the dust bowl carnival motif is a pretty easy way to carry the overall theme.
