I don’t expect one. One already happened this week. If anything maybe another show. But no IP.

Yeah, I was thinking maybe we could get the lagoon show tomorrow IF it doesn't involve any yet-unannounced IPs

Express now. Right now it’s offer during the day. Not sure if it will be offer at HHN. It’s an express pass you can buy for a one time use of the attraction you bought it for.

Express Now is designed to fill excess Express capacity, there really isn't any at HHN.

I started thinking about the Scream Early. Have they said it’s a limited number each day? Because I’d hate to get in a situation where my brother and I get it, lines are 2 hours long, and then we only have time for one or two of the houses before the event begins.

Yeah I just don’t see them announcing a big IP tomorrow or Friday and have it overshadowed there show.

If it's anything similar to the opening scene of AHS: Hotel featuring Lady Gaga/Matt Bomer, I’m SO down

On social media they've said just the opposite--that it's effectively Stay & Scream rules, anyone with a day and HHN ticket can get in. Still not as official as the website to me--and everything subject to change--but not looking good for limited afternoon lines at the moment.

If what Joe said is right and they're soft a little anyway they can crank the price a bit and get a few hundred thousand dollars for little to no impact.

Everything theme park-related been soft this year, I don't see why HHN would be the exception, especially with a less than stellar line-up on paper. But also, already hearing anecdotal rumblings about APs resenting the lack of EU access. Dropping FF with Express might create an online riot with a few thousand of their most hard-core fans.

I feel like every year we have a reason why attendance might be down, but then come September I'm still a$$ to a$$ with the smelliest people from around the world.

I wonder if it's related to the line-up versus the real culprit of inflation (gas prices skyrocketing due to the global conflicts going on) which puts a pressure on food/cost of living and tourism. Flights are hella expensive right now (domestically, and I'll assume international ones as well).

So if that's the case and Universal wants to minimize the sales slumps, I can see why they wouldn't change much ticket-wise this year from last year...

Yeah, I don't think it would have anything to do with the lineup.

Stranger Things = the last season was a disappointment but it's STILL Stranger Things
Sinners = the 5th highest grossing horror movie of all time
Hellraiser = more of a cult favorite, but a horror classic

Plus Evil Dead Burn and then the Ozzy/Music house. This line up is strong, compared to HHN 30, 31, and 33. On par with HHN 32, maybe slightly overshadowed by HHN 34.

Universal just dropped a FL ticket deal for USF and IOA for the rest of 2026. Could be a sign sales are slow and they might offer FFP with express.

There's nothing wrong with the lineup. Plenty of people are attracted to come to HHN regardless of the particulars on the lineup, the specific lineup is usually more of an enhancement/bonus than the direct draw I would imagine for most people. That said, the IPs are ALL pretty popular and reasons that would draw more people in who might've been on the fence before (Stranger Things = still hugely popular amongst the gen pop, Sinners was a massive success as well and Hellraiser ofc huge with diehard horror fans.)...any dip from international visitors, as others have pointed out, is almost entirely because of the economy here and also without getting too political to the point of getting in trouble...but the elephant in the room...is the elephant in the room...and that's that many people truly do not feel safe visiting the US right now in it's current aggressive climate esp towards international guests...

I love that the conversation about HHN crowds potentially being down coincided with them literally adding a new date lol

I interpreted this as this isnt too out of the ordinary to host a HHN night on a Monday this year because the second premium scream night is on a Monday this year.

And I commented to your post as non-rudely as possible. Incase a moderator interprets it that way ;)

When I click this link and look at dates to buy tickets, it's showing HHN as being on on Mondays but Wednesday's? A change, or error by OI??

Even more interesting, they have non-private RIP tours starting at 4:30pm that Monday. I wonder why?
