While people want the next house announcement, I want the zones. See what those are about. As of right now I’m more interested in those then the houses.

Same here! ESPECIALLY for the “Clowns of HHN” zone! I just want my Killer Klowns already so I can stop stressing over it online.

Scarezones have become so stagnant. I think Fortnitemares would shake up the game a lot. Why not have an open mind on something that hasn't yet been done at HHN? Not accusing you of this, but the gatekeep-y reactions I've seen surrounding this rumor are so annoying.

Fortnitemares is an out-of-left-field (and non-horror) enough property that it’s going to be a guilty until proven innocent sort of situation. I will go into it with an open mind. And I’m rooting for them - if it’s an all-timer scare zone year and Fortnitemares is the best of that bunch, I’ll gladly eat my words. But I won’t be convinced of its merits until I see it. Until then, it’ll be hard for me to feel like it isn’t a poor choice.

I have to admit I was not a fan of Fortnitenightmares either, but you are right. They have had a lot of questionable scare zones lately anyway so if Fortnite gives them what they want, then so be it. The houses are really the big draw.

To be fair, I personally think there are some IPs that shouldn't be at HHN. I understand broadening your horizons, but at some point, you gotta draw the line somewhere. This is Halloween Horror Nights.

That being said, I'm neutral about Fortnightmares. HHN Hollywood never has some ground-breaking ideas for SZs for their event, so why not? For Orlando, they have other scarezones and there are only so many ideas out there.

I echo this thought and why I want UOR to receive their version of Fan Fest Nights. It allows Uni to showcase 3rd party IPs without forcing it into HHN.

So many IPs that could work in a well-crafted entertainment zone or walkthrough that don't require the "scare" component.

I'm sure there's an angle to make it work at HHN, but I'd rather they have the safety net of having another event in the year to force it at.

I have never played Fortnite and I kinda hate the whole idea of it as a whole - but I'm curious and open-minded for it at the event.

And on the plus side, if it sucks, it's likely going to be in the smallest zone area and won't be taking up a large space.

I play Fortnite weekly with some friends from work and while I don't necessarily have the highest hopes for it at HHN, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited at the thought of how they're going to make it scary and actually tackle the IP (because it's definitely a unique challenge for the creatives!). idk what it says about my mental age when I'm more excited for Fortnitemares than Ozzy ahaha

yeah my whole thinking here is that they don't have to put a worker there for 2 hours but just close the parking at midnight since there's no real reason to be at citywalk after midnight.
you got coconut club but I doubt anyone is paying to enter it ( and it closes at 1 am)

actually I wonder what's the closing time for everything after midnight. is there anything except the movie theater open after midnight? not the restaurants. they close early I think.

as for hhn, I'm guessing everyone that used the free parking will just park off site or take the bus or just get dropped off.
I just realized if I wanna go this year I'll have to take the city bus and become an early hhn guest again lol.

the last time I took the bus to enter hhn at 6 pm was 2017. almost 10 years ago wow.

Starting the first night of HHN, you’ve got Red Coconut, Bob Marley’s, Pat O’s and Rising Star open until 2am. Hard Rock has also been hosting late night DJ on the second floor patio until 1am

Any current strong rumors on what the stage show might be? Not the same dance show?
