Realistically, I wouldn't expect to see any Blumhouse properties that Universal doesn't have a stake in. There's a reason we continue to mostly see the same pool of properties in these compilations.

I'd agree to that--but at the same time; Baguul was in Orlando last year if memory serves me right. I also wonder how much control WBD actually has in the terms of IP that is from Atomic Monster, like that of Malignant.

I am of...two minds on this.

One: I actually really liked Enter The Blumhouse last year. I liked the idea of a revolving door of IP corned with a "Gauntlet" style format. It felt like a shot in the stomach that the TT needed--if only that the problems with it lied with short construction times and that it felt more like walking by setpieces without the potential intensity that a gauntlet could have.

Two: They should've opted to have a different theme that could've honed in further on what the "Revolving Door with the Gauntlet" could do, that could've allowed them to highlight multiple things alongside original concepts as a whole. Chucky's Revenge in 2010 while predomimently focused *on* Chucky; oddly found a surprising middle ground with the La Llorona forest walk as it added a pallete cleanser and was in doing so due to the hazards of that location, being unironically one of the scariest things I have ever done in HHN. It felt like you were actually in a place that you shouldn't of been in.

I wonder what the Blumhouse IP pull will be this year. The Black Phone 2, M3GAN 2.0 (you could even include S0ULMAT3 as part of it), and The Purge make sense. Insidious would too if it's as a result of them wanting to reuse assets, but I oddly hope we see some outlier IP's.

SAW comes to mind once again, but if they wanted to include more of Scott Derrickson; Sinister would also be great. Or if they wanted to pull from Atomic Monster, Malignant would be a fantastic choice too.

I am apathetic about BlumTram 2.0, but if we got some combo of Insidious, Saw, Sinister, Malignant, and/or a snowy Black Phone 2, my interest would suddenly go way up. Just hope it's not more generic M3GAN, generic Purgers, etc. (though that is what I expect).

Sinister was not a part of the Orlando scarezone. It was the same IPs featured in Hollywood, minus the short-lived Wolfman, who was a separate photo op nearby.

Dude, Gabriel from Malignant would go hard. Not that I’m expecting to hear about Malignant ever again in film, TV, or themed entertainment.

Still one of the funniest horror movie twists I’ve ever seen.

Blumtram was my number 1 attraction last year. Considering the properties this year, it potentially could be number 1 again unless Jason Universe surprises me lol

Got my FFP and Early Access ticket for opening night! It feels so close now and I'm so excited. What order are you guys hitting the houses? For me I think I'll go this route:

FNAF > Jason Universe > WWE > Fallout > Terrifier > Poltergeist > Terror Tram > Monstruos 3 > then MAYBE Scarecrow. We'll see.

If I were you this is what I would do:

Early entry for FNAF > Jason > RUN up to Terrifier > Poltergeist > Fallout > Tram > WWE > Scarecrow.

I did something similar back in 2022 and that seemed to be the move.

Where does Monstruos fit into this? Also I don’t completely understand the logic of starting on the lower lot, going to the upper lot and right back down to the lower lot. Is it just crowd flow?

Honestly, yeah, crowd flow makes it so the lower lot is very low crowds the last hour ever since Curious George area opened up. But it's also good to knock 2 out of the way first just in case. Last year, I repeated the entire lower lot in the last like 30 minutes, but also last year's opening weekend wasn't as crowded.

Repeats are never really my objective since I do Front of the Line now, so I hit all the lower lot mazes at one time, and if I have time at the end of the night, I'll do repeats as a bonus if either a) one of the mazes was amazing or b) one of the mazes had a bad run through (but that's only if there's no line for them).

Not really the thread for this but idk what is: former or current scareactors. This is my first year, and I unfortunately bought concert tickets for both Friday September 26th and Saturday the 27th, 8 and 7PM respectively. Is there any chance I could still make it to those now that I’m going to be scareacting, or should I sell / attempt to get a refund ahead of time?
