It is a bit too busy, I agree. That said, many of Universal’s promo items tend to be busy, especially the HHN ones.

I'll actually be shocked if such a pin does get released. I don't believe there are attraction-specific pins for Forbidden Journey or Escape from Gringotts, so this would break the precedent.
