If you liked it that’s awesome! I’m glad you did. It just wasn’t for me.

How so? I’m glad people liked it.

How so?

It had the longest wait times for the originals that year and everyone (insiders and fans alike) loved the house.

If you’re an outlier, that’s fine. But it doesn’t take away the fact that F&F tent produced EXCELLENT houses.

I meant how so to you saying that's unfortunate for me. Why I said I'm glad people liked it.

Unfortunately for you, it was one of the well-received originals for HHN 33. Behind Slaughter Cinema.

Major Sweets is tied with Triplets for my all-time least favorite HHN Orlando house. I loved Sweet Revenge, but it just did not recapture the magic. It wasn't even remotely scary, and the setting just had nothing going on.

I wish you enjoyed Major Sweets like a lot of us did but that’s how it goes sometimes. You like what you like. You don’t like what you don’t like. And that is perfectly fine. I respect your tastes

I hope this house gets a shirt. Better yet: I hope they bring the custom shirt machine back to give each movie a possible shirt. I neeeeeeed this

Yes! The custom shirt machine for Slaughter back in 2018 was one of the better merch offerings over the past 10 years. Would love to see it for Bloodengutz!

So happy I finally get to experience an HR BloodenGutz house. His cameo in SCarey had me begging for more lol.

Oh so this essentially is HR meets Slaughter Sinema?
That’s awesome….

I still suspect we get some DNA from The Hallow in here as well (easily my most underrated house in HHN history): a celebration of different aspects of Halloween--just reflected in parody movies, ala Slaughter Sinema.

I mean, The Black Phone portion of HHN 31 was well received, along with Major Sweets in HHN 33 and Jason Universe HHN 34…

That's great - I liked 2 of those houses but that doesn't mean I don't think that the house could fit better elsewhere lol

I even said that of all the rumored houses this year, this house probably fits best in F&F. But I'd still like to see this concept get a bit more space

Major Sweets was one of those houses you really needed multiple visits to like it. I hated it my first couple times but that was because it was highly dependent on staffing. Some runs had double the actors as other runs, that made a humongous difference! The house was not staffed very well.

That's fair. I only got to visit the event for two days that year around the second week of the event. Maybe it got better over time, but it was really rough when I went through it.

YES!!! Hallow is one of those houses that stuck with me. I can still recall the overall vibes from that house. 2008 was my first year attending, so there's that too.

The Hallow is another house on my personal wayback list. Reading about it sounds interesting

I like off the wall, unexplored ideas as much as hte next guy but the pure classic Halloween aesthetic never gets old. Fascinating that it made "Samhain" into a diety and then Supernatural did an episode taht same month doing the same thing.
