Giving this date to the Devil Wears Prada over Star Wars when GTA6 is right around the corner is peak Disney hubris.

MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE - THE FINAL RECKONING is way too long... but the second half delivers in a big way.

Did anyone here watch Everybody's Live with John Mulaney? I thought it was incredible but it seems like basically nobody I know watched it, even fans of his stand-up. Big Late Night with Conan vibes. Hoping they go through with the second season!

People forget, Michael Bay originally wanted nothing to do with Transformers and had to be convinced by Hasbro and Spielberg to direct that movie. Now he has no problem doing a movie about heads popping out of toilets

Two under-the-radar things worth checking out:

DogMan (Peacock, assume you can buy as well) -- had a blast with this. Frantic silliness to enthrall the kids, but enough clever world-building and zany humor to keep adults engaged. Not sure how well it did, but perfectly suited to a fun theme park dark ride.

Duster (Max) -- a Tarantino-esque 70s crime drama that keeps things light. Leads are charismatic, Keith David does a great job as the Big Bad. The music drops are great, must have cost a fortune. Worth a watch.
