Keep in mind, guys - this is a people eater, with 96 guests being dispatched at a time; which is pretty damn high for a ride. Wait times should not be used as measuring sticks.

What’s the hourly capacity of the ride?

My mate who got back from Orlando last week, his two favourite rides by a mile were Popeyes and Fallon. Harry Potter? Didn’t care for it. Spider-Man? Was ok.

Your friend is a very strange man. How can you rank Spider-Man, and Harry Potter below Fallon?

And I love Popeye, but even I wouldn't put it above Spider-Man or Harry Potter.

My parents loath Harry Potter, but loved Fallon and Kong...I was surprised

They still like Spiderman though, but we rode that when I was much much younger

Right now the app shows a 60 minute wait. I know it's a holiday and the parks are probably busy but how often does it hit that wait time?

I kind of use that ride as an indicator for how busy the park is. It's kind of like the people mover at Magic Kingdom, if it has a line you don't want to be in the park. That being said maybe that was a fluke? I'm seeing 20 minutes right now, seems about right for a busy holiday to me.

The park honestly wasn't all that crazy busy today and many got scared away because of the rain too. I'm sure people will hop over from IOA, but it was much busier just a few days ago.

Just to bring this up before someone else does, there apparently was albeit a small issue with Drupercharged today..pertaining to the 360 scene.

And to note, there were people in the buses that didn't take lightly of that.

I hope, Universal allowed them to re-ride it though.

This does bring up an interesting thought... I mean when a ride has some sort of technical malfunction, say an AA is frozen, or something has broken, you still have scenery to look at, the story continues, you actually have to ask do guests who have never ridden it before even know something went wrong? But when an attraction that is all screens malfunctions so extremely that there is no footage at all... It kind of makes you realize how much stronger a scenery based ride is.

Finally!

I rode yesterday (4th) for the first time with my wife (who is fan of the franchising). I was hopping that it would fit in the "so bad that is good" category, sadly it wasn't.

I wanted like it (the queue is well done and fun) but after ridding 3 times I have just one word to describe it: pitiful.

I rode the ride for the first time this past weekend. It’s embarassing and a waste of space. To think this ride is going to be around for the next 10 years is depressing.

You never know. They might throw in the towel early. Doubtful due to ROI but they could. I would guess that you are looking at a minimum of five years before it would be closed.

Maybe they'll start using real pyro in the attraction, and then when the night maintenance guys take a safety shortcut ,"something terrible goes wrong". Problem solved.

Is there anything they could replace it with without chaging too much? Obviously the garage stuff would go away, but without changing the building or the ride or the cars or anything,

Cant they put Secret Life of Pets in here or something? the videos on the ride look really bad so why not make it a cartoon ride instead?

I completely agree. I think that they have a lot of options that they could use. Just whether or not they would. They could redesign it for F&F and make it an indoor coaster as many of us wanted. They could certainly go SLoP. The buildings a good size and I am sure that they could easily shoehorn something in. However, if they put $100 million (no idea on actual) into this ride, there is no way that they pull the plug this early. They would be skewered by their shareholders. Unfortunately. The yin/yang of being publicly owned. More funds at disposal but greater scrutiny over how those funds are used.
