I'm not a mod, but I really don't see the point of getting heated up about this. Unless you actually live in Toluca Lake or work with the Universal management team, nobody cares what you think or speculate. The issue is entirely between those two parties, and no one else has the right to be offended on behalf of people who already have their own voice.
We should all remember that Universal, every early on in construction, did conduct scream tests. Does no one remember the speakers on the hill side that just played phantom coaster noises and screams, to feel all that out with the residents years ago? It's not like Universal was caught off guard by this issue.
