I'm sure it'll settle down with time like all new things. I don't recall the last time I've seen SNW and Pets' virtual queues find use.

The coaster does have the extra issue where capacity could fluctuate a lot more based on how many trains they feel comfortable running. An extended queue or virtual queue may be necessary if the ride is operational but well below its intended capacity for months after opening, a la Hagrid's in Orlando.

3) Universal fans are soooo much more forgiving on themeing then Disney. Universal fans just give passes on anything meh Universal does as if the parks don't have money or aren't run by a company with money

I call BS on this, and not just because it's wrong to even assume most people are fans of either Universal or Disney rather than both.

You can find plenty of critiques about Universal theming, including for Epic Universe. Intelligent people consider the extent of theming that should be expected in an environment like a studio park. That's not the same as promising everything will be an immersive experience from every possible angle.

You can be cool with it and I'm cool with people discussing it, some people like theme parks no matter what and other's want them to be designed well and not cutting corners to save a bucket.

Why should people just have to agree with you that this was "cutting corners?" Brickey's points to me all seem to be rather nitpicky and very subjective.

You can see the F&F brick wall mural from inside Hogsmeade....so what? That's like complaining that you can see a certain fairytale castle from the town square that's supposed to represent an early 1900s small town.

This might not be much and is just my personal opinion, but adding onto the discussion around Universal's dedication to maintaining sightlines... have they ever really cared all that much recently? Consider Epic Universe that is pretty safe to consider the product of EVERYTHING they've learned and has been propped as a sort of turning point for Universal's reign on Orlando. The park has incredible top to bottom theming and immersion... but there are so many spots in the park where you can just see other parts. You can see Stardust Racers from Isle of berk, for examples. I personally believe Universal does not care about sightlines, which isn't an egregious sin of park design but that's just how they are imo.
