The use of the hill works so well for this ride. Wish Orlando had some to make use of for their rides.

Can't believe I haven't thought of this until now, but I do wonder if there'll be a segment where on ride photo cameras can be placed. If Velocicoaster never had them, never mind.

Like the ones you can buy at the end of the ride? VC does have one.

I wonder if this might be one of the biggest wait time signs we've seen yet for this park.

Also, good to know, I'm excited for how they'll look and what kind of backdrop will surround the photo.

So are they just going to mostly be testing it from now?

Like is there not much more work to be done...I'm kind of confused on why it seems like construction has just stopped when the scream shields aren't up yet

Are they just waiting for the Holidays to be done?

I'm just thinking out loud because you'd think they would want this up ASAP but do they have so much testing to do that they are just taking a break from putting the finishing touches on the ride? Because at one point if felt like every day some big was done to the ride and now its like weekly, so just asking if they are slowing down on construction because the testing is going to take months any way or whats going on.

Just feels like things have slowed down

They still have to finish putting glass on the scream shields. They hadn’t even started that yet (At least as of this post)

The sound walls gotta be finished being built

There are still some landscaping that’s gotta be done by the hill?

They’re still putting finishing touches on the station and queue

They still gotta do a crap-ton more testing.

I said all along, this thing will need to test for ages. While it seems to have been testing semi-frequently, very little of it has even had spinning cars.

And I also echo there's a ton of landscaping still to do, as well as finishing all the scream shields. We also can't hear the on board audio, so that will have to be tested and fine-tuned as well.

When most of those things are done, and we see frequent testing of spinning cars, then we may be getting closer. Until then, I know it's still going to be a while.

They have been flying on the scream shield over the dive loop. Soundwall seems complete. It ain’t slowing down things are just wrapping up. Glass and testing are the main things left

Final Steel Supports for the Scream Shields should be going live tonight. Additionally, the glass panels are being prepped for transfer over at Z-Lot.

Seems like they're aiming to bombrush through the scream shields throughout the rest of the month.

Once those scream shields are done, trying to think what else they need to finish…

-Getting the remainder of the trains in

-Finishing that sound wall by the firehouse

-Finishing ladscapping

-Finishijg touches to entrance and buikding

-Remainder of the test cycles

We’re getting closer!

Wrong, we still need the installation of the 80 foot Vin Diesel animatronic that will be plopped right next to the escalators.

The train fleet should be on site now, so we're good, I also think they have finished the main sound wall facing the direction of the Firehouse.

At this point, I think we're looking at landscaping, the installation of glass panels for the sound walls, multi-train testing and more rigerous testing, and the finishing touches for queue.

If yall saw the latest update, sound wall by the firehouse is just about done. Structures on the sound barrier on the Immelmann is done. Sound barriers are just awaiting the glass to be installed. Other than that, finishing touches to the queue and hillside landscaping are basically left for construction. They also gotta do rigorous testing and we just wait.

4 trains total, with two on the track at any given point, combined with the train set allowing 16 people per dispatch should yield good.

Believe at max, Velocicoaster hangs around 1200 riders per hour, so the math shouldn’t be that far. But with dual load, that dispatch ratio could expand closer to 2,000 depending on how fast the lapbar dispatch yields.

You hope that with metal detectors before the ride....you should be able to just jump on and off this thing in a second

I just hope they also.....have people test before the ride

It is never fun going on Manta or other coasters like at six flags and it does fit and people have to do a walk of shame...I just hope at the metal detectors they also ask some people to test the seats and see if the light goes green
