It's just disappointing because the two characters on their own are really great. I wouldn't have minded it if they actually had chemistry but... they don't lol. It is what it is, best I can hope for is that they ignore it in further seasons

Just finished it and yeah. No need for that. I really like the lead (loved her in yellowjackets) but the guy is just a big loser and did nothing for the runtime of the show. Slept through the climax essentially. Bummer.

Rest of the show is great and nailed Fallout. Did not necessarily understand some of the plot stuff, but I don't really care about that. I am watching Shogun for plot. I watched Fallout for vibes.

Finally finished the show last night, was watching it pretty much one episode at a time. This was just a great freakin show. I never played the games (which needs to change!), but this show never had me feeling lost and always wanting to know more.

I agree, I loved the game and had low expectations for the show (not sure why) but it was amazing think I watched in two days.

I had low expectations too, and was absolutely shocked at how good it was. It was very clearly made by people who love and respect the Fallout series.

Episodes 2 and 3 are some of the weaker ones. The season really picks up big time from about episode 4 onward.

Bethesda has said there won’t be Fallout 5 until after Elder Scrolls 6. It’s gonna be a bit.

My point

Like now you have something that is huge and have nothing for years.....like hopefully they at least port older games to Switch/Switch 2 and maybe a remaster of one of the games for next gen

But just insane to have this amazing HUGE thing and unlike Last of us which had two remasters out around the time of the show....Fallout has an update that for many people fixes zero issues and might even create more...and some fallout 76 stuff that fans like me just dont care for...we tried the game and dont care for it

Anyway hope something happens in the next 12 months but if not....then once again no idea why Microsoft bought them if not to make more games in some way happen
