I'm actually not sure how ambitious this project will end up being. As of now with the permit officially listed as paid and issued as of today, the permit still has it marked as a single story building. I know the permits can still change, but that keeps standing out to me. I'm wondering if they trying to get capacity up quickly, so they are going for a more reliable ride system and attraction style. With how family oriented the HP franchise is, and with all the Potter rides sans Hippogriff being family thrill rides, I could see a more classic old school omnimover darkride using the once rumored Thestral angle instead of the rumored Quidditch attraction. It's the one type of attraction I think Epic needs more than anything else at the moment. Another indoor attraction to get you inside when the weather turns while truly being accessible to just about everyone.
