Finally checked out Star Wars Launch Bay. What a waste of space. You couldn't entertain yourself in there for more than 5 minutes.

I guess it depends on what you like. My friends love star wars and they loved the area. They liked the m&g and the stuff to look at. The kids wanted to let play with the video game section more but we had frozen fast passes. So the boys stayed behind while the girls left.

I personally agree, but a lot of people love it. For something that should only be around until SWL opens, it's a fine use of space for the mean time.

Hopefully once SWL opens, they tear down that entire building (and Disney Jr.) for a new land that will connect over to RNRC and actually make a truly good use of the land. I don't think most people realize how much land the Animation building wastes.

I took a friend in there this past week...he's a Star Wars fan but not big on meet n greets...he enjoyed looking at the props and stuff but we were in and out of there in twenty minutes. It's nothing more than a temporary fix to get people to come to the park.

Sucks they removed the Osborne lights for the expansion. Sad to say I never got the witness them in person. They looked amazing in pictures.

Yeah, permits were filed recently to use the wetlands surrounding the park. Once they remove the current back entrance, the entire area of trees that's next to Muppets, etc on the outer rim of the park is marked for new parking according to permits. That land usage is key though, as it provides a huge possibility for park expansion in the future.

Also, lot's of land clearing near the site of the Earful Tower. This pic is about a month old and obviously the tower is gone now. This will be the future site of TS Land:

I assume whatever it is is temporary in nature. Remember the whole thing will be rerouted within the next year or two again.

True - I'm just curious what the solution for the time being is.

FP+ is using the new track exclusively from what i've gathered, so that would make changes to the queue minimal if it sticks to that.

Not so sure - as built the standby was the left side of the building, FP on the right. Standby loops around the outside of FP.

The new track is the left side of the building. The queue is essentially between the two.

Not sure how they'd make it work.

Well, yeah, there will be new queue in SS1 and a re-route to get to that building, but it could be much harder.

And the new track can't exit through the current exit - it's pretty much impossible. So where does the second exit end up being?

I've seen an actual photo of the exit but I can't find it. It's basically up past the Monsters Inc. bridge to the left IIRC (based on the pic below). Either that or it's those doors BEFORE the bridge.
