Or hopefully it's not long lived and we get a new, permanent addition. I think folks forget a lot of the props from the old store are in the Franklyn Institite exhibit.

I'm gonna be honest - we did the Franklin Institute exhibition, and there really wasn't much there in the way of legacy props lol

I've been pretty adamant that a high-appeal 3rd party retail location should go in this location. There is a chance that they don't plan to keep the Legacy Store for the long run, and this is just an interim overlay.

Will be interesting to see if Hot Dog Hall of Fame goes. That was developed in the era of Universal trying to start restaurant concepts to sell as franchises (or maybe run themselves?) across the US. I personally don’t think it’s a bad concept. Wish they would’ve done more with the brand

I don't think this will be a Fat One Hot Dog and Italian Ice. While that is Joey's restaurant, Richard Blaise isn't part of it and he specializes on more gourmet food. Probably an entirely new concept.

Yeah, I'm not sure you "waste" a celebrity chef on a hot dog stand.

That said, I could also see this potentially being part of a generic Visit Orlando commercial.
