Typhoon will open a third full bar this year, in the unfortunately named Ketchakiddee Creek area (i.e. the kids' area).

I keep hearing Gen Z drinks less than anyone else, but based on this move, the SSE and Pirates bars, and everything I've heard about Celestial Park, theme parks didn't get that memo.

I'm not sure if its drinking less, or just less often than previous generations (e.g. less drinking after work, weekday drinking, etc.)

So last Spring I wondered if the "free ticket on check-in" might be limited to Blizzard, as a way of driving business there. Turns out it's not, you can use at either park. BUT ... direct buses only run from the resorts to Blizzard.

This is why Blizzard keeps going to capacity, even though it's traditionally seen as the "secondary" park. I thought it was a clever play on Disney's part.
