Once again, no good reason for the high tech tablets. Pure overkill. Makes a simple task, complex.

I'm with you. The room light controls are nice but its way too bulky for a TV remote. They should at least include the TV remote as an option too.

Idk I love the tablets. Make it a lot easier.

Did you try to use it to adjust the volume on your TV? Cause that was a wilder ride than Velocicoaster for us.

Stayed here for my first time on this past trip. It really fit what we wanted. The small size makes it easy to get into and out of your room, and the hotel lived up to its reputation as a relatively quiet resort with an older crowd. Access to the Sapphire Falls amenities was great too. Loved taking the water taxi to the parks, though the wait was always so long at the end of the night that we took buses back.

The real downside, as I've seen many people mention, are those freaking tablets. Give me a regular remote for the TV please.

I like the tablets because they make control in the room overall easier, plus it's easy to use them to ask the lobby questions. But most of all, I'm a germophobe and usually spray down a bunch of things in my hotel rooms, and it feels easier to properly wipe down than a remote with buttons and grooves lol but that's a more niche issue haha
