My point is while other parks are adding a ride, Universal for the most part has either had to just take one away and replace it or redo it.

We need more Nintendoland...we need less taking away rides and just replacing them and using land that has nothing on it and putting in something new
We literally have under ten attractions right now and wont improve much even when things are 100% we have 11. 3 shows and 8 rides.

While Disneyland has like 50ish + Shows and rides when its at 100%, DCA at 37ish. Universal need every ride it can get

I get your point mostly, but isn't USH running out of room? Most of the available space is on the Lower Lot, and even then it's not much. If you don't get rid of Mummy, that's enough room for DK, another dark ride, and maybe a show. Mummy being gone gives them a little more room, but only enough for another dark ride and a coaster using the hillside. The park is pretty much out of space after that without trashing other attractions.

I think what he wants to see is all the available space used first before more attractions already in existence get replaced

This makes the most sense from a capacity standpoint

Yep thats its and we have the Walking Dead Space (which could fit a walkthrough or show), the French Restaurant/Minions water area, rumored special effects is done so replace that with a show or ride, move the Tram area to under the Hill and add a Second Potter land with an E ticket and the train ride, The two warehouses behind the Mummy/Transformers and if they can somehow fit something on the hill then god speed.

I don't understand where they would fit another potter land in the tram area?

Their is the main tram Q, the drive way up to the area you load in and some buildings where they have put HHN mazes before. More than enough area for a second land

We're moving far away from SNW talk... so let's put a pin in this, shall we?

I guess that makes up for Yoshi not being there. I take it our coaster will be an exact clone of Japan?

I'm guessing Universal ordered two Mack Splash Battle models--considering Epic Universe seemingly has it for Dragons.

Edit: Thinking about it, how will they connect that of the two plots of land? I'd assume they'd do a warp pipe like tunnel, but in this case, where would they have it?

That does make sense. More capacity, and the plot they're presumably putting it on (the warehouses to the left of the land) is pretty big.

Edit: Or it could be to the right of Transformers for reasons.

Pirate ship is the station I'm betting. And if I had to guess, it'll be more than the typical Splash Battle. You'll get points for hitting certain figures.

@Chris Galindo has continually said 16-20, if I recall correctly. So essentially, this (using 2019 aerial because it's the best I got)

1619324933270.png

I've been continually wondering more recently how they're gonna do it, and I think I may finally have a somewhat answer to that: they're going to use the alley in-between Beanpole Mountain and the Jurassic World queue, and to make it Hollywood's direct pathway to Donkey Kong. Think similar to Osaka's pathway to the entrance warp pipe.

With the removal of Soundstages next to Timeline Drive, I'm guessing the roadmap will require modification of timeline drive to flow better with the new campus being built right now on the hillside. That could allow them to open the door to expand the footprint to go a bit bigger than the 2 acres I am showing here (though i could be incredibly off kilter about this, and quite frankly, probably am).

That is my thought too. Our SNW as it stands is already unique. With MK being on the second story, could the first story/ area below Boswer's Castle also act as an entrance?

I'm thinking they tear down the buildings directly behind it too, because that land is a bit too narrow just judging by the DK permits used for Orlando. That would clear out a lot of space, maybe a bit too much, that would then be used for the Splash Battle and (hopefully) playground seen in the original plans for Orlando.

I think from some of what @Aaron compiled on Twitter; that Bowser's Castle/MK will be on the second floor, but the gift shop will be on the ground floor due to the layout of the building. We may not have the staircase that Osaka has for the Mario Kart queue; but it should be similarly configured. You can see what appears to be the entrance for Toadstool Cafe with the way a section of the facades are.

And yeah, this is my current theory as of now. Would allow them to also tackle Jurassic World's side at the same time, theming that side to act as if it's Isla Nublar in a sense.

DPing to this (And if it needs to be moved, I understand), Donkey Kong should be able to fit into 16-20, as it's over 1.9 acres; which will be the size of Osaka. However, here's where I am going to spitball a theory:

what if there's no playground area for Donkey Kong Country/USH. Dino Play is right next door, and it just got upgraded. Additionally: upstairs, Super Silly Fun Land has a dedicated water play and dry play area. I could honestly see this as a scenario to where Universal Creative Hollywood decided to ditch that of the playground, and to add an extra ride, embedded within the theming of Donkey Kong's Minecart attraction.
