Ehhh, that'd be copying off Disney formula, and people would accuse Universal as such. I was thinking more with the lines of restructuring based on the Men in Black-style attraction which is more exciting and more open than having riders being so close together, so it sorta does need to have some sort of space.

Copying off Disney? Oh because its not like Universal has never done that before  Give me a break. And oh yes, lets have a ride called "Luigi's Mansion" be more open space like MIB... yea, THAT would totally make sense. Except wait, it wouldn't. MIB takes place outside. This would take place inside a mansion. Wow, amazing how that little detail works out.

Just bringing this also up; look to Universal Orlando and people are calling CineCele essentially the Universal version of World of Color.

It's as someone said; imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

That doesn't both companies copy off each other all the time, each theme park needs to be different from each other so they can have its own sort of identity. Look at the Amazing Spider-Man, look at Indiana Jones, look at Splash Mountain, look at the Jurassic Park: The Ride, their ride systems are very different. Anyways, what Luigi's Mansion would look like at USH is wishful thinking at the moment. It might not appear at all. Maybe not in Orlando at the 4th gate, but Hollywood is a bit more landlocked at the moment. What matters is if DK or Yoshi attraction is going be on SNW or be worthy to replace the Mummy ride.

Expect Donkey Kong to be a family coaster like Hippogriff and Yoshi to also be family based. Neither will replace Mummy.

Donkey Kong will be at least slightly more thrilling than Hippogriff.

Yea. It'll certainly be more exciting/impressive. More Seven Dwarfs Mine Train than Hippogriff.

From what I can tell by the concept art, it seems like it’ll be on the same level as Matterhorn Bobsleds at Disneyland, but with more airtime.

Considering the odds, DK isn't exactly what I would call a Hippogriff coaster.

Think more..SD than FoH

I was not impressed with Hippogriff at all. In fact, all I liked about it was how incredibly smooth the ride was and the wicker theme it had going on. The ride was so damn boring. I have been on family friendly rides before so that's not an excuse, they could have done a lot better with this one.

Not exactly, it wouldn't be as thrilling and exciting though, and since SNW is at the Lower Lot, expect it to be an E-Ticket.

It might be in a couple of years after SNW Hollywood opens, and the DK Mine Cart is a perfect suitable replacement for the attraction, just a little more expansion, and the ride will be an E-Ticket rides it fully deserves.

He seems to be heavily implying we will.

I'm sure there will be a replacement eventually. Hope it's something JW-related that is a coaster.

I strongly believe that Nintendo was intended to replace Mummy...but things have changed.

Rumor has it that Super Nintendo World Hollywood would likely be constructed very soon, maybe this year or after the opening of the new Jurassic World ride in summer 2019.
