I think it's unlikely because it would be stealing from Volcano Bay's hype they've worked so hard to build, but if they truly believe they can muster enough fanfare to take the media focus away from the pandora grand opening then it's a possibility.

I would think Nintendo would force their hand like with the first announcement that happened a day after Kong's.

Makes sense really, no need to play all your cards at once.
Also, assuming Nintendo is for 2020 and the new Potter for 2019, they probably will announce things for that first.

I will say though, unless if Osaka's it's own trademark because of Japan; perhaps this could dictate an announcement of SNW by the end of the Summer Season.

That could theoretically make sense, as Fast and Furious was announced a few weeks after the announcement of the closure of Beetlejuice and Disaster.

Who knows, but I do think for the summer period; all of their marketing will center mostly on Volcano Bay (outside of the Horror Nights announcements).
