They're re-enacting scenes from The Lion King with Mufusa and Simba and Field of Dreams as they look out knowing that everything the light touches is there and if they build it, people will come. Then some guy named Fred who has a window desk is drawing using window markers his dream theme park because he is new age and if he envisions something it will happen. Kevin is mad because the boss scrapped his idea and then there is Pete who is a kissbutt who is making all screen based attractions because they are "cheap" which will please his overlords. I don't like Pete.

I was driving right by this place so I was curious and decided to take a look. It definitely doesn't overlook Site B, but I would imagine it's convenient for quick site visits once things start up. Unfortunately I didn't have time for a tour.

And yeah, you can't really "overlook" anything on the terrain of Florida, except perhaps Clermont. If there's ever a tsunami, head for Clermont!

Yep, this is a whole new creative space quite a distance from UOR-N but very close to the future UOR-S. It makes me giddy wondering what's going on in there.

Note: Sea World is just across the street. Maybe, Comcast has made a secret agreement to acquire Sea World and the details are still being worked out...

I think it's a possibility for Comcast to acquire SeaWorld but now's not the time. SeaWorld are coming back from their recent troubles and I think Comcast would be wise to wait and see how well they start doing before making any bids.

Sea World just seems like it's more trouble than it's worth and it would be ANOTHER disconnected property.
