USF really needs a killer show, so I think a James Bond themed one on the scale of Water World would be a great fit for London. Heck, it could fit as part of World Expo too. Maybe a way to link those two areas?

Actually there was a lot of talk and an almost rumor of that replacing Lost Continent a couple of years ago on OU threads. Then the concept just kind of disappeared till now.

Maybe not so much a better fit but a better distribution of the IP across the parks.

Good idea. And it trends towards the Family attraction dynamic that they could use more of in their parks.
