Same, I could use the RIP line with impunity last year and did so copiously. Maybe I'm reading too much into that lol. That line is deserted most of the time too, might as well add to the extra value for that $140/$150 on top of unlimited express.

I mean also unless something changes....I've never never seen express have to wait more then 5 mins to get into a house

So even if they don't let you in the RIP line..you should be good. They very much empty out that line many times before letting general back in and even if they stop you...it will be less then 5 mins to get into a house

@Jerroddragon with express, I'm probably thinking back to a few of years ago when I encountered quite substantial lines for express at times, especially at Curious George, Halloween could get particularly bad. After a couple of years off, I thought, oh no express is getting like Orlando now. On reflection, I don't recall anything too bad at the last two events.

I usually do one night of RIP (but I'm not worrying about that this year) and one night unlimited express. This year, I've booked 3 nights of unlimited express (Thu/Fri/Sun), so I should be sick of the event after that. I have the Saturday free and I'm staying right next door, maybe I'll change my mind and get RIP for Sat night lol.

Maybe because I'm a local

Does the scarezones and final houses make a difference on if you are coming to HHN or more you just want to know even if you have tickets?

Scare zones in Hollywood are such an after thought I've never once thought of them when making a decision.

To be fair... there's a rumored scarezone for the lower lot this year so maybe we'll get something more on an Orlando level compared to previous years

That would be insane considering that we haven’t had a scarezone down there since 2013! Will they have enough room for that??

Murdy did say a while back that he was working on something a while ago. Maybe this could be what that thing was. Someone on twitter also did guess scaremony and he said they were kind of right.

Technically 2019 was the last year but it wasn't counted as an 'official scarezone' but it sure felt like it with all the different costumes and the abundance of actors down there.

I forgot about the tunnel! Even then I meant we haven’t had a scarezone on the lower lot proper since then.

Maybe they could have a scarezone around the T-Pad area? There is some space they could pull that off.

Not a scarezone but they could have I think added the Megan Dancers to the lower lot...I mean they still could this year

Did they change the lower lot when JW was redone or just because the event is more crowded now they stopped?

On the first time going to HHN with we headed right down the lower lot to do a Saw house and my friend who was the most scared to be there lost his Show in the horde of Pig Mask Chainsaw guys....he was surrounded by them and one of them uses his chainsaw to pick up the shoe and offer it to him....we all remember that and so I have a soft spot for the lower lot having scare actors
