Is it likely M3gan will get her own house or be included in another scare zone this year? She's set to appear randomly at Studios starting tomorrow, so I wonder if this may be all we get this year or if we'll get something during HHN as well.

It may have been mentioned in another thread but in case anyone's wondering what I'm referring to:

Wondering if guests will be taken by surprise HHN-style or she'll have a pop up signage for meet and greet/photo op which appears in different locations.

I don’t mean a literal celebration.

The sense I’m getting is that, by focusing on Bray (and Taker, to a lesser extent), the house is conceptually celebrating Bray’s ideas and the WWE’s broader embrace of horror and horror fans. It’s a contextual celebration.

It’s not a party.

Ah okay. I hadn't looked at the spec maps too closely so missed that bit. I do like Universal doing these bigger movie/IP promos. With M3gan this month it'll be like an appetizer for HHN.

I'm no WWE stan but even I know who the Undertaker is and had no idea who the Wyatt Sicks were before this spec thread.

Yah...I'm a huge fan of Bray (The Wyatts are what got me back into wrestling)...but he doesn't have a 40+ year win streak at Wrestlemania like Taker does. People know Taker way more.

You're right, it's not JUST about wrestling OR Horror.
It's about recognition across the globe.
It's about industry-spanning significance.
It's about historical importance across brands and genres.
It's about generalized popularity domestically and internationally, inside of and outside of the WWE or any wrestling industry.

And... the Undertaker still wins in every perceivable category comparatively.

No one is asking you to sway your personal opinion on what Bray means to you, but you cannot go around stating it as a world-renowned fact when it's so very clearly and unceremoniously not.

First off it’s horror

Second off we don’t know. It’s not even announced yet. Yes we have speculation on it but that’s all it is. So we will see when it gets announced.

I viscerally loathe the WWE and think it’s a genuinely malign cultural institution and I know the Undertaker and Paul Bearer. I have no idea who these other people being discussed are.

That brings up a point - I’ve always sort of thought that if I don’t know some media element, it’s too obscure for HHN (many things I do know about are too obscure as well, of course). I’m very ignorant of pop music but I knew The Weeknd (from the Super Bowl and American Dad and from has awful attempts to cross into other media) and Billy Eilish (from SNL and from being generally ubiquitous). People in this thread could be making up “Bray” for all I know. It’s one of many reasons it’s an awful subject for a house.
