Just curious, because I honestly don't know, but would it be anything other than putting the D&D name on a house similar to Dueling Dragons or Goblins Feast? I casually played D&D 30+ years ago, and there were no specific characters...just generic stuff like you encountered an elf/wizard/barbarian who has xyz stats, you roll a die, and see who wins. Would there be a way to make a house that resonates with the game that would be anything other than slapping D&D in the house name?
I know there was the movie, but I don't see that as something very horror related or worth paying up for all the IP rights. And fearing for how they'd feel compelled to force in a 20 sided die (or whatever it is) like a Raiders of the Lost Ark boulder in the house
