I'm sure all the APs who buy one-day tickets on October 24th would be totally cool with an upgrade option being revealed later. Doesn't bode well for some form of AP access in the first few months.

I'm sure all the APs who buy one-day tickets on October 24th would be totally cool with an upgrade option being revealed later. Doesn't bode well for some form of AP access in the first few months.

I would not expect an Epic AP option at the start.

Not expecting it, but would at least like a timeline of sorts. I'm sure there will be lots of APs locally that would delay a trip until they can upgrade/renew their AP with it included. I can't imagine they'll release more than a month or two of day tickets at first, and then slowly release weeks after so they can read demand for the park.

We're planning on next September, so I'm curious it would even make sense to buy the single day tickets this early.

I wouldn't worry about September being booked this early on. Hotel sure, but not a park ticket.

I have to imagine the park views will be significantly closer to the $500-600 average, but still not as bad. Remember that Loews hotels charge nightly parking rates as well, so your rate instantly increases $28 a night if you park.

I think there will be clarity offered later before the park opens, but the focus right now is on proper vacationing folk. APs will have plenty of bones thrown to them in the mean time.

I'd pay attention to the language in the FAQ as well. On one part, it indicates single day, 2 day, express passes will be announced BEFORE park opening. This does not indicate a before date. So I'd imagine hearing more AFTER park opening.

I am also planning a trip in sept, for me my expectation is that I will have to pay out of pocket to go to Epic for one or two days that trip (depending on price and craziness levels)
Then I also plan to have some sort of trip back to FL area in Jan/feb by that point I would expect some sort of Epic AP option.
