No, they've had Pride events... I vividly remember one happening inside the Old Globe. However, I do believe even when they did, it was an outside group just using the venue, not actually put on by Universal itself. Very similar to how SFMM has "Out on the Mountain".
Not sure about this year, though, I haven't really looked into it.
