The partnership with USJ has been around for several years now, and it's been a persistent rumor for an incredibly long time. I feel like there is some purpose for a thread like this!

After watching both Untrainable Dragon and especially Le Cirque Arcanus for the first time yesterday, my immediate thought walking out of both shows was "We need a Pokemon live show at the parks now." It would just work so perfectly. The format for an "Animal Show" has existed forever. Something like the current Seaworld Sea Lion show where a bumbling but charming assistant to the Pokemon Professor is taking you through a tour of the lab and the various Pokemon they're researching, and whoops!, accidentally drops all of the Pokeballs and has to catch the Pokemon again before Professor finds out, would just flow perfectly imo.

Arcanus shows such a variety of creatures that are able to be portrayed through costumes and puppetry, that it would be wild not to capitalize on that with some of the most iconic creature designs in pop culture. Have a little Dugtrio pop out of the ground, or a raging Charizard stomp out of a doorway, a Noctowl roosting above a perch, and a little animatronic or puppet Mudkip or Pikachu as the partner of our plucky assistant. It writes itself honestly.

I’ve never even thought about an Animal-Actors-by-way-of-Pokémon show, but now I feel stupid for not considering it.

And your comparisons to the Epic Shows are spot-on.
