XBox tried putting their games on all platforms and it was disastrous for them. That's why they are backpedaling on it right now. Attempting to rebuild a meaningful XBox ecosystem seems like the right move for them.

Xbox was getting less people to buy the systems wayyyyy before they started to do that, its been since the Xbox one which is over 10 years now

With the consoles now just insane prices, I just can't fight for exclusives you should not need 1,500 dollars of equipment to play video games (all three systems) and when they are putting the Halo remake out there for PS players its just to me silly...and look at Indy being on Switch people love that

If I were XBOX I’d make a clear line that anything from XBOX Game Studios is exclusive and the only time case by case comes into play would be games from Zenimax/Bethesda or Activision Blizzard.

This is not true. Microsoft wasn't getting the return on the almost $80 billion they invested on the studios and giant publishers they bought (along with Gamepass not growing), was the reason they switched to multiplatform to begin with. Games like Forza Horizon 5 alone sold millions of copies on PS5 and FH6 will likely do the same. Series S/X consoles sales have dropped heavily every single year since they launched (2 consoles combined right now are less than half that of the PS5) and with console prices going *up* right now I don't see this changing.

Horizon 6 hasn’t been announced for PlayStation yet and with how popular it is I could see them waiting to see if there’s evidence of it moving hardware at least a little.

It actually has, it's currently listed on the PlayStation Store right now. It would make zero business sense for them to *not* put on PS5 considering how well the last game sold

The Direct was pretty firmly in the "Not for Me" category, definitely happy for the folks who got games they wanted, but personally for me it didn't offer much. It happens.

Crash 4 is one of the games I had in my backlog and right now I only have 1 level left to finish before I’m done. This game can go to hell lol. I gave up on 100% at a certain point because it’s just way too much. They went completely overboard compared to the N Sane Trilogy. Hopefully they don’t repeat this same design with a new game or with Spyro.

Yeah, there were some good aspects to Crash 4, but the way they handled collectibles and 100% completion was extremely obnoxious.

That being said, I recall there being rumblings that the next Crash release might be another racing game, rather than a platformer.
