5th Anniversary Line UP for Universal Cool: Detective Conan (YAY) Lupin the III (ehh) Attack on Titan (WOOO) Evangelion vs Godzilla (huh?) and Sailor Moon (Fun)

The Spring Term will include Detective Conan and Lupin III. During this period you can check out Conan’s escape game, restaurant, and rally, and an XR ride and restaurant for Lupin.

That leaves Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evangelion and
Sailor Moon for the Summer Term. There will be a show for Attack on Titan, a collab theater attraction for Godzilla and Evangelion, and one more theater attraction for Sailor Moon.

All the 5 IP's have good fame to it, and Evangelion/Godzilla is one of the most fascinating mashup's from recent years.

I find it interesting that Universal again is solely going with the Toho version of Godzilla.

I guess that Sailor Moon interactive wands were very popular hints part of the reason for the comeback.

And the Detective Conan Escape Room is amazing lot of fun can't wait to see the changes for this year....

Detective Conan is now 135 minutes event with a 105 minute of actual attraction experience. Compared to last year, it is ~ 20 minutes longer of attraction time.

No three day pass and it would essentially be the same price as an annual pass.

It depends on your dates if the annual pass will be worth it as for the pass with blackout dates blocks out on average 2 days a month while the no black out is ~$100 USD more.

It would be 25, 000 JPY ($231 USD) for an annual pass for those 12 and over and the kids is 17,500 ($156 USD). Unless its your birth month or you get the credit card tie in for your pass, there is no real discounts/benefits..

Question! USJ announced a new Annual Pass Lite. The new price makes it worth the price in order to get the ability to leave the park and return. There are many black out days, but we should be there during a slow time (middle of May) which should be a slow time. Does anyone know where the back out days are listed for this pass. Could not find it anywhere

For May its blacked out the 4th and the 5th; however if you bought your pass on the 4th or 5th you can enter the park that day.

It would depend on which hotel you are at. at least that is what I'm being told.
