During the Unmasking the Horror tours last year, there were at least few where they said the codename was intentional, things like Fudge for Triplets because it was narratively dense, Cobbler for Slaughter Sinema because it is cobbled together with stories, etc. Who knows if that is really true or not, or if there is any factual basis for the speculation about the linkages. But even if it's all fan fiction, it's all in good fun while we are waiting for tangible information.
