I hope they don't close too early and we're able to spend a few hours after dark wandering the park. Everything looks incredible! It'll be even better once the brighter construction lights aren't there anymore.



It's probably because it's not worth it for the 1 second you're passing it but I'm surprised there doesn't seem to be any faux mountain added to the corner of the building on the first hill. It appears you're looking straight at it right before the drop. (Nitpicking of nitpicks of course!)



Nice view of lights being added to the seating area around the large fountain! Wonder if they'll change colors or do anything during the show?

I wanted to get your thoughts on this recent bioreconstruct post...he says that a part of Epic Blvd is open to the public? So living close by I could drive up and down this street to get a closer look at the theme park and it wouldn't be an issue, right?

It was pointed out earlier that the large foam berm was removed but I was catching up and just noticed whatever they were doing closer to the carousel's entrance has has also been taken out too. Whatever they were going for originally doesn't look like it panned out.



It also looks like they started putting in these faux reeds a couple of weeks ago. They appear to be glass topped so they'll likely light up at night! I wonder if they'll change colors or twinkle.





They were installed at the beginning of the month and still had the protective sleeve on in this photo.



The nighttime views are gonna be immaculate!

Have you tried passing through yet? The worst thing is you'd hit a road block or be asked to turn around, but at this point I don't think it'd be an issue as long as you're not pulling into the hotel's driveway. The hotel opens in less than a month anyway so I think it's safe to assume regular traffic can go through now.

I did it a week ago, and you can go as far back as Stella Nova. However, there is a No Trespassing sign right at the Epic Blvd entrance, but I don't think it applies to roadways anymore. Just don't get off or park anywhere.

It'll be interesting to see how much the area gets cleaned up in the next month as there's still dust and a bit of industrial clutter highly visible from the main streets.

Hoping they add a light at the Chik-Fil-A/7/11 light. Area will get busy with Epic's opening, and that's a heck of a massive road to cross without a proper stoplight.

The Mexican/Italian place may not be operational on opening day, but the exterior is coming along nicely.
